Welcome to Snapforce, and thank you for choosing us as your CRM provider! The help area is designed for administrators and users, it will introduce Snapforce functionality and provide an overview on making use of all the wonderful features now at your disposal. You will also find tutorials on performing everyday tasks, configuring your system, and managing all aspects of your Snapforce account.

Searching the Knowledge Base

You can search for all of these knowledge base articles from within your Snapforce account. On any page click the Question mark icon then use the search bar to submit your query.

Live Chat Support

Within your Snapforce account you'll also notice at the bottom of the Help Sidebar a live chat option. If you are having difficulty finding the answer to your question with the articles, you can speak with a member of our technical team by clicking the Chat with us link.
