The Click To Call feature is essential in maintaining a steady flow of outbound calls. This feature allows you to click a phone number within Snapforce and have it immediately dial the number using your selected softphone. Some softphone subscription plans do not include this feature.
There are several Click To Call extensions that can be installed as a workaround. The one that works best with Snapforce is MeloSip. This extension, once enabled, will allow you to click any phone link within your browser to begin a call. (Note: This extension is only compatible with Mozilla Firefox.)
Within your Firefox browser, navigate to the following link:

Click + Add to Firefox
Click the Settings icon.(Three horizontal lines at the top right).
Click Add-ons.
Click Extensions.
Look for MeloSIP in the list and make sure that it is Enabled.
Close your browser completely, then re-open. The phone numbers should now be underlined in red, indicating that they are available for Click To Call.
