Audit Trails will log all actions taken when dealing with a record, from creation to deletion.
To view the audit trail of a record, navigate to the record.
Click Action -> Audit Trail.
A window will appear, displaying a trail of the latest 50 actions for this record. It will display each action, along with details of what was changed.
