Insightly CRM is a cloud based crm and marketing software, marketed to starter businesses and beginner CRM users. Many of our customers find us while looking for an Insightly CRM alternative. Why are all of these organizations leaving Insightly? The price of their software is too expensive.
The CRM Software market in 2021 is very competitive, there are many other CRM's available that do the same thing Insightly does, which is why their pricing should be updated.
CRM Software Pricing Power
CRM systems like Salesforce can charge an arm and a leg for their software because they are well known, an industry leader. Large organizations feel comfortable spending more money for the comfort of knowing their data is safe with a fortune 500 company. Insightly is not a fortune 500 company, nor are they an industry leader.

Snapforce Pricing Model
Snapforce CRM is a cloud based CRM software with a vast array of features and the lowest prices in the CRM industry. Unlike all other CRM software solutions on the market, Snapforce does not offer different editions. Instead we offer modules that you can add-on to the core CRM product, if you choose to. All of the core CRM functionality that is included in Insightly's Enterprise edition is available in Snapforce CRM at $12 per user per month. The additional modules we offer include a CRM Phone System, that includes all the bells and whistles of an enterprise level virtual pbx phone system. Such as call recording, automatic call distribution (ACD), call transfers, auto attendants, call coaching, call monitoring, call barging, and many other features.
Snapforce pricing does not force the customer to change to a higher edition, in which all users must now be priced at the new edition cost. Instead you can choose which modules you would like to add-on to your CRM, you can choose "a la carte". Meaning if you have 10 users on Snapforce CRM, and you only need the Telephony module for 1 additional user that is fine. This pricing structure ensures our customers only pay for the features they need and are actually using.
