I like the fact that it's easy to use and the tech support is awesome! I haven't discovered anything I dislike, yet. :) Everything is very simple to use and it does just what we need it to. Do a demo with several different CRM companies. I did and found that SnapForce was definitely the way to go.
I have been using Snapforce for several months now and I absolutely love it! I'm not sure why the complaint below me. It is incredibly easy to use, self explanatory, multi-functional, easily customized, and the customer service rep I've been dealing with, Michael Morris, has been fantastic.

My service reps manage the contact we have with our contractors after we sell the job.
